As a nursing tutor, I believe that effective teaching is not only about explaining concepts but also about understanding each student’s individual learning needs. I focus on connecting nursing theory with practical clinical situations, helping students develop confidence, critical thinking, communication skills, and a genuine understanding of patient care.
