About Vanya

I have managed and trained people in my 5 years of work tenure. Helping people bring out the best in themselves and motivating people is something I am best known for. I identified this skill whilst working, as people would just talk to me and seek advice on personal and professional growth.

About the lesson

My approach is student-centric. I want to know about the person and connect on a personal level first, so I build a relationship on trust and then identify what the student needs help with. Life is not easy, it is how we respond towards it that counts and having had it difficult, I would like to help others too
