I am a retired math instructor with 40 years of experience. Taught undergrad and graduate level math and have written several books. I have two masters degrees from two Universities in Pure and Applied math.
Got best teaching award and academic excellence award at UT. I was a National Science Foundation scholar.

I teach as if I am learning. First, I try and evaluate my students' preparedness and start accordingly. In my opinion knowing a student's background helps a long way. I want my students to grasp the subject in depth. Merely finishing home work is not enough. I go over and above the needs of my students. I feel very satisfied when my student achieves something.
