About Derick
It is not about ME. It is all about the student, who is unique. Teaching a subject is just a means to achieve the bigger goal: to unlock potentials and interests of an individual, and to build a person. I have genuine interest in learning how a student thinks and how I can facilitate. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all approach. Everyone is an individual soul. I have a homeschooled son in HS, so I know what it means by tailor-made tutoring, and how to make it work.
