About Surya

I have completed my Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering.My teaching experience started during my school and college days itself. My professional experience started in little flower public school, Tirunelveli. My role as teacher and facilitator is to build confidence in students ability to learn and ask good questions.

About the lesson

A teacher needs to realize that unless the students are homogeneously grouped, there are different kinds of learners with different needs, and so the classroom and lessons need to be geared to the different needs. My methodology is that making my students respond. A master teacher adjusts his or her methods and strategies in response to his or her students’ ability to learn the material being presented.
