About Siphesihle
I am a teacher by professional who has been teaching since a teenager. I started online when I was 14 years on Facebook, back when I had a hobby called "text-roleplay" which involved 2 or more people roleplaying characters through text based interactions, turn by turn. I would teach clan mates different concepts to use in Battle Roleplay (BRP) and I think I've fallen in love with teaching ever since. It's a fun job that allows me to interact with different people, which is something I enjoy doing.

My personal brand of education incorporates values, attitudes, skills, and knowledge, transforming the classroom into a platform for learner expression and critical analysis of the content being taught, so that learners construct understanding for themselves. My learning theory is based on transformative learning as well, meaning that I look at the unconscious, self-limiting beliefs that hold learners back, transforming learners so they may be able to reach their full potential.
