I’ve been practising ashtanga yoga on a daily basis for more than 14 years. I’ve been lucky to learn from renown ashtanga yoga teachers around the world including 4 trips to Mysore, India to study at Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute

We will move slowly through first series of ashtanga, learning asana by asana. My main focus in practice is linking movement with breath to allow bodymind to gradually calm down and relax, to give our self space to rejuvenate , develop stamina in the body and steadiness in the mind and experience benefits of yoga in full
