About Olga
Players at any stage find my direct approach helpful for mastering lead guitar and power chords. Music theory is the bedrock.
My MMus Vocal Studies from Massey University gives me a unique perspective on sound. I prioritize strong foundations alongside current interests for all 127 students I have coached.
Reading sheet music and tabs becomes second nature. Barre chords and ear training are essential steps in our journey.
I have spent 11 years refining how to explain complex patterns. My teaching is simply my way of sharing the joy of music. I started playing because I loved the sound of the strings.

Confidence grows as you finally master difficult solos. Technique creates freedom. I guide you through blues progressions and fingerpicking with a clear, steady pace. You deserve a teacher who makes practice purposeful and fun.
Sometimes we spend time on theory, and other times we just play what you care about. I track your progress by observing your hands and listening for rhythm flaws. Learning should be a conversation between the teacher and the student. What specific song do you want to play first?
