About Annie
Playing piano started as a quiet curiosity that grew into 6 years of focused instruction. Truthfully, I find the mechanics of rhythm and timing more fascinating than the performance itself. I guide students through pedaling technique, hand independence, jazz improvisation, and sight transposition.
Mastery requires precision. I incorporate accompaniment skills, music theory, scales and arpeggios, plus ear training and chord voicing. Teaching is my primary focus.
