About Leora
My name is Leora, I am fifteen years old and in grade 10, I have been doing Thai boxing for 7 years and I love it and will continue to participate and teach. Boxing is a daily part of my life like shadowboxing when I'm bored for working out. I love to teach and help other people whether it's so they can have it as a new hobby or because they want to know how to defend themselves.

If you're a beginner, advanced beginner or competent then my lesson will be helpful to you. My lesson is all about teaching you the basics and then improving them. A typical lesson will start with a warm-up then move onto a simple combo started we will then practice that with breaks and workouts in between, following we will get into more complex stuff depending on your skill level. To finish we will do a burnout and recap what we learned. I have been doing Thai boxing also known as Muay Thai for seven years going and have worked then more many months teaching younger kids and adults to fight and defend themselves.
