I have a proven track record as an upper elementary teacher. My degree in Special Education has given me a broad tool set which allows me to appeal to all different learning modalities and kinds of learners. I am a fun and engaging teacher. I enjoy making learning fun because I feel it is more effective and engaging that way! Teaching is my passion and I am always excited to help others learn and grow. I believe in fostering conceptual understanding, the knowledge of how and why things work, rather than only memorization.
