About Atchaya
Hi i am atchaya I have a master's in food processing, bachelor's in nutrtition and dietetics.
I run workshops in hospitals for expectant and nursing mothers, as well as awareness programmes in schools.
I finished some online courses and obtained certifications in areas like food, nutrition, and lifestyle.

Food is essential—it provides vital nutrients for survival, and helps the body function and stay healthy.
My approach to teaching is to make the material more relatable. It's frequently more difficult for students to understand the subject when they can't relate to it. My objective is to make concepts more relatable to pupils, especially when those concepts are distinct from their own life experiences. I accomplish this by presenting my thoughts in an engaging manner.
