About Sanjana
I am an educationist who has done over 30 years of classroom teaching. I love working with children and making learning enjoyable for them.
I am a mother of a 22 year and 19 year old so understand the difficulties children face not only in classroom but at home too.
I am patient, flexible and open to adapting ways which work best for the children. I am easily approachable even during non contact time if the children have a difficulty.

I get to know the students as learners and understand their standards. I use techniques to stimulate engagement whilst providing instruction and support in areas they struggle.I encourage risk taking and set high standards.
I demonstrate the skills and strategies which I expect them to use. Then I provide opportunities to discuss. Next I support them as they practice. This is followed by independent work which they later reflect on and set goals for next task.
I work with children from aged 10-18.
