About Keith

I have several roles: My main role is as a the Principal of a Theological College, overseeing courses from professional vocational courses through to Post-Grad level. I also am a BA/MA Dissertation Supervisor with specific specialism in research based dissertations. I have also taught Religious studies at GCSE and AS/A level. I am available one or two evenings, plus at various times of the day during the week depending on my schedule. I personally hold a BA (Hons) in Theological Studies, an MA in Missional Theology & Leadership, and a Doctorate in Theology with Roehampton University.

About the lesson

My teaching method is facilitation - specialising in delivering complex material in a way that students can understand, using various teaching methods to suit the various types of learning. I like to use everyday examples and also encourage students to keep focused on the assignment/exam outputs - offering additional tutorials for academic writing et al.

Perfect! Keith speaks in plain language so you can really understand what you are learning . He takes away the jargon and has a real understanding of how things fit into every day living , and the life of the church . Whilst he clearly lives and breathes theology , he explains it simply . He has a real insight into the biblical texts and can utilise examples to explain his points. I was really struggling but after a lesson I feel I’ve really understood the concepts, and can even apply them . Theology then starts to really work for me not just as ‘something they want me to study’ but something I’m really engaging in . Genuinely easy going Christian teacher who ‘gets’ that it can go over our heads if not explained simply ! Highly recommended !
