About Tasharjni
My name is Tash, this will be my first experience in giving lessons. I studied a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology & English) at La Trobe University, and I love to write. Essay/critical writing is probably my favourite. One of my essays was used as an example to Sociology classes on how an essay should be written, and in 2012 I was selected as 1 of 12 Australians to take part in a Creative Writing study tour at Exeter College, Oxford University. I have since worked in the luxury industry as a logistics officer, and would love get back into what I love and sharing what I know by helping others on the side.

My teaching method will involve getting to know the topic for the essay, and also to hear what the student thinks in response to that topic. With that information, we would then form an argument (point of view on the essay topic) and flesh out the essay with information collected from reputable references to support our argument and tie it back to the essay topic. I would ensure that the essay is set out into its correct layout, and help the student to get a better idea of how to support an argument in essay writing, and also how to fashion a strong argument and an essay that flows well.
