About Brendan

I am a Barrister-at-Law who has obtained a Law and French Degree and a Master's in European Union Law. I have worked in Irish and international law firms in Dublin and Brussels. I score highly in my own exams and other assignments such as essays, case-notes, presentations and moots/debates. I also scored highly in the entrance examinations that must be passed in order to gain access to the Honourable Society of the King's Inns and attain the Barrister-at-Law degree. I have tutored many students and have helped them score highly in their examinations and assignments.

About the lesson

My personal approach to tutoring law is to work with the student and find a methodology that allows the student to understand legal principles and learn the relevant case law. As well as having my own written notes on many different areas of the law, I assist students in creating their own effective exam notes, and I provide help with both legal research and writing. I am available to teach EU/International Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Company Law, Tort Law, Contract Law, Laws of Evidence, Equity & Trusts, Company Law, Jurisprudence and Administrative Law.
