About Barbara
I work with children, teenagers, dancers and rhythmic gymnasts of different levels.
For rhythmic gymnasts, I help improve ballet technique, body lines, flexibility, balance, coordination, musicality and artistic expression. We can also work specifically on individual gymnastics elements and their technique.
As a sports choreography specialist, I help athletes develop expressive, coordinated and polished movements and improve the choreographic quality of their performances.
Every lesson is adapted to the student’s age, level and individual goals. My aim is to help students develop strong technique, beautiful movement quality and confidence.
Online lessons are available worldwide.
I would be happy to help you develop your ballet technique, choreography or rhythmic gymnastics skills!
