About Kirstie

I took Food Technology & Catering due to my natural love for food. I love cooking and baking. I love bold, unique flavours, simple & quick recipes, inventive recipes! I'm always on the lookout for inspiration! This is my absolute niche and I love sharing it with others through cake or simply helping my students with exams.

About the lesson

I can help with your base knowledge to ensure your food safety standards are up to scratch. This is helpful to pass professional Health & Safety exams or GCSE/A-Level exams. I can do live simple or complex recipes alongside you to help you in your practical exams. I can send a list of ingredients and measurements for you to prepare before the lesson in order for us to focus mainly on technique during the one or two hour session. We can also cover practical exam support, ranging from mise en place to integrate your dishes together or come up with interesting dishes that will help you hit high marks.
