About Myriam
Many of my ancestors came from Scotland, and the bagpipes have meant a lot to my family and I over the years. My dad's lifelong dream was to learn the bagpipes, and I though it was so cool, so I decided I wanted to learn too. He taught me the fundamentals and at age ten I was able to get my own set of bagpipes. Over the years I have competed and performed in many bands across the country including the Nauvoo bagpipe band, and Utah State Pipe and Drum Corps. I have also had the opportunity to play at many funerals, concerts and community events over the years. I have also taught a few friends how to play and they have joined me in those bands over the years as well, and I would absolutely love to teach anyone who wants to learn!

Bagpipes are a very unique instrument, and as such they are in very high demand. Learning them also opens up doors of opportunity to bless those in your community such as playing at funerals, concerts, holidays, and just for fun! I'm available for both online and in person lessons, and I can take you from no experience to competition and performance level, I'll help you get your own set of bagpipes and help you with every step of your journey to accomplishing your dream!
