About Monique
I am currently a third year foundation phase student at the University of the Western Cape. Who strives to create a better learning experience for not only my future students but all learners who find it hard to comprehend certain mathematics, English or Afrikaans concepts. I make the lessons fairly enjoyable as well as effective when it comes to learning, being an active participant is the main requirement when receiving a lesson from me. * I love private tutoring as it allows you to have a better one on one understanding with the tutee.
* I start my lesson off by allowing the tutee to speak about what his/her concerns are and thereafter we discuss which methods we could use to solve the issue.
* I use techniques and method which we are both comfortable with, and that is the most effective.
* I am able to teach in both English as well as Afrikaans
* Tutees can expect an immense amount of fun, excitement and learning to take place
* My lessons are mainly aimed at learners from grade 1 - grade 5, as well as BEd Foundation Phase Students( main focus on mathematics)
