he "Guest-Centric" Approach: Just as I did in my hospitality career, I treat my students as "premium guests." This means creating a warm, zero-judgment "safe harbor" where making mistakes is welcomed as a natural step toward progress.
Contextual Learning: I teach language through the lens of real-life scenarios. Instead of studying prepositions in isolation, we practice them while drafting a professional email, mapping out a project update, or handling a simulated guest complaint.
Active Feedback Loops: During lessons, I utilize a split-note system. I let students speak freely to build confidence and fluency, while silently documenting grammar, tone, and pronunciation adjustments to review collaboratively at the end of the session.
