About Florence
Hello! I'm Florence, a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) and experience as a nursing lecturer and clinical instructor. I am passionate about helping nursing students succeed by making complex concepts easy to understand and apply in both examinations and clinical practice.
I specialize in Medical-Surgical Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, Paediatric Nursing, Midwifery, Community Health Nursing, and NCLEX-RN preparation. My lessons are interactive, personalized, and focused on building critical thinking, clinical reasoning, and confidence.
I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to suit individual learning styles. Through case studies, clinical scenarios, NCLEX-style questions, and exam-focused revision, I create a supportive learning environment that encourages students to ask questions and actively participate.
