Teaching Methods and Techniques
My teaching approach focuses on making Pre-Calculus and Basic Calculus easier to understand by breaking difficult topics into smaller and simpler steps. I begin by explaining the basic concepts and formulas, followed by worked examples and guided practice. I also use real-life examples, visual representations, and step-by-step problem-solving techniques to help students understand not only how to solve a problem but also why the solution works. I encourage students to ask questions and try problems on their own while I provide guidance whenever they get stuck.
A Typical Lesson Plan
A typical lesson starts with a short review of the previous topic to check the student's understanding. I then introduce the new lesson and explain the important concepts, formulas, and processes using simple examples. After the discussion, we work through several practice problems together, starting with basic exercises and gradually moving to more challenging ones. The lesson ends with independent practice and a short recap to identify which areas the student understands and which topics may need more practice.

What sets me apart is my patience and willingness to adjust my teaching style according to each student's needs. I understand that students learn at different speeds, so I avoid rushing through lessons and make sure the student understands the concept before moving on. Instead of simply giving answers, I guide students through the solution so they can develop their own problem-solving skills and become more confident in Mathematics.
