In my sessions, I encourage respectful behaviour from my students. All students learn differently, and it is important to me that I come to understand the preferred methods of learning that are unique to each of my students. I am flexible in my teaching and am eager to look into new methods of problem-solving that may benefit my students' learning. At the end of my sessions, my primary goal is for my students to feel confident in their abilities to learn and develop new learning skills.

Good day learners,
My name is Tianna Mamo, and I am a math and science tutor for grades K-12 and introductory university courses. I have been privately tutoring since 2017, and I was hired to tutor at my university (Ontario Tech University) from 2020-2022 as I completed my Bachelor of Science degree. I love teaching and learning with students, and I am excited to share the tips that I learned in school to my students, so my students feel confident in their learning abilities. Teaching has always been a passion of mine, and I hope to someday become a full-time teacher.
