About Tal
Similar to numerous students I have taught in the past, I myself am dyslexic, which presented challenges in acquiring skills like touch typing and spelling. However, after years of dedicated effort, I have attained a high level of proficiency in both areas.
As for mathematics, I have always held a strong affinity for it; nevertheless, I did not adhere to the methodologies typically taught in high school. Instead, I took it upon myself to discover and develop my own formulas. Fortunately, I was fortunate to have understanding teachers who supported my approach, enabling me to progress and ultimately earn a Bachelor of Science degree and a Postgraduate Certificate from the University of Canterbury.

I understand that each student learns in unique ways and at their own pace. It gives me great pleasure to dedicate the necessary time for any student to grasp the subject at hand. Having taught numerous students from primary to high school, I recognize that the standardized approach to teaching in schools can unintentionally neglect gifted students. Consequently, my personal objective is to assist them in cultivating their own beneficial learning habits.
