I am a disability support worker who has a desire to see all people empowered to reach their true capacity. I believe wholeheartedly that everyone has a greater capacity. Everyone deserves to have a place where they feel safe to strive for greater — that while studying you have an environment that promotes feeling heard, equipped and empowered.
