About Victor
If you want to build a change of healthy habits in your life and don't know where to start, let me help you. During these 12 years in the fitness industry I was able to work with different types of people: elderly people, children. teenagers and adults, I had the opportunity to work with athletes and ordinary people who just wanted to have a body, a healthier life. There are many promises in this field and many illusions, but I promise you that I will not just be another person telling you to do bizarre exercises, I will teach you how to have a healthier life and how to feel good about yourself while you achieve your goals.

My work method is aimed at the broad development of the individual, not only building an aesthetic physique, but also a healthy body, capable of practicing various types of sports and having a good quality of life. Within the training program I offer various types of methods, such as weight training, functional training, calisthenics and yoga. I also work with muscular rehabilitation and as a physical and sports trainer.
