About Bailey
My teaching style is warm, interactive, and focused on helping every student reach meaningful musical goals. I welcome learners who want to accompany singers, instrumentalists, or perform confidently with other musicians. Every lesson is adjusted to match your experience and musical interests.
We work on reading lead sheets, transposing, rhythmic responsiveness, ensemble playing, chord progressions, accompaniment patterns, music theory, sight reading, listening skills, and performance techniques. These skills help students become reliable and confident musical partners. I also use visual aids, shared scores, and collaborative exercises to make learning clear and enjoyable.
For example, I often ask students to accompany a simple melody while adjusting to changes in tempo and dynamics. This builds confidence when performing with others. Regular feedback helps students improve steadily while understanding the role of a supportive accompanist.
I also help musicians preparing to lead music in worship settings and students creating music with modern digital production tools. My lessons encourage teamwork, careful listening, and musical partnership in every performance. Together, we will develop the art of accompaniment and help you become a confident pianist who plays naturally with others.

I have been teaching piano for over 8 years, and I enjoy helping students discover their musical strengths through practical and enjoyable lessons. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Collaborative Piano and Chamber Music. Every lesson is personalized to match each student's goals, interests, and learning pace.
I specialize in pop piano arranging, modern chord voicings, and playing popular songs by ear. I teach styles including Pop, Rock, R&B, and Contemporary Worship while helping students build strong musical confidence. One beginner who wanted to play favorite songs without reading every note was soon able to accompany family sing along sessions using chords and listening skills.
My teaching style is supportive, interactive, and easy to follow. I work with beginners, intermediate learners, advanced students, and musicians who are working toward mastery. Every lesson balances technique, creativity, and real world musical skills.
