About Lerato
I’m an innovative and enthusiastic person and I have a jolly personality. I know how to connect and communicate easily with my students mainly because I listen and pay accurate attention to each one of them. I love a challenge and always eager to learn (even from my students) because I believe a phenomenal teacher is one who always strives to learn and improve to help better the lives of their students and make learning enjoyable and effective, a phenomenal teacher is always flexible and pragmatic to make sure that learning continues even In the midst of inconvenient circumstances and I believe I am that teacher. I strive to make sure that every single one of my students realises their potential and I help navigate them towards their desired goals, dreams and ambitions.

During my lessons I incorporate both the learner centred and the teacher centred approach appropriately. However i mostly start with the learner centred approach, this gives me the ability to determine my student’s individual strengths and weaknesses and also the ability to decide on relevant teaching methods and skills I should incorporate in my lessons to make learning effective and enjoyable.
