About Refiloe
Hello, my name is Refiloe. I am a final year Bachelor of Education student with a double major in English and Addressing Neurodevelopmental Learning Needs. My educational philosophy is that each child is unique and has something to contribute to their own education. As a result, I believe that my goal as an educator is to help my students express and accept themselves as they are, as well as to accept the differences of others. Doing things that will either help someone or potentially change a learner's life, learning new things, taking opportunities, and working with different learners are some ways I find motivation.

I provide individualized support to students in an interactive environment and enhance academic engagement while facilitating collaborative learning.
Assisting high school students in improving their academics can pose challenges. When I work with students for the first time, I like to ask them about their interests in areas like sports, music, movies, and school subjects. This helps me to create math problems that are relatable and engaging to them.
