About Katherine
I have 20 years of teaching experience at a variety of levels. I have taught public and private schools - from rural to inner city locations. I like to make learning fun - the way that it should be! Science is always changing and just because something didn't turn out how you expected, it doesn't mean you failed - you learned!

I enjoy showing my students different ways to look at the information and find helpful ways to remember it. I can adapt my teaching style to various needs and students with disabilities and exceptionalities.
My lessons are mostly aimed at Middle School, but can be adapted to any age or grade or ability level.
I am passionate about Science Education and do my best to get my students excited about science too!
