I am a graduate of Chuka University with a bachelor's degree, and a Class Representative for 4 years at the University, and also a certificate holder for outstanding leadership. My experience working in hospitality and customer service has given me the patience, effective communication, and ability to effectively work with individuals from all walks of life. I am dependable, courteous and truly dedicated to your success. I take reading and literacy down to a level that is easy and fun — a level that requires confidence before you go any farther. No pressure. No rushing. Step by step real progress.
