About Aaron

Hi! This teacher Aaron Estrada, a Bachelor of Arts in English Language graduate. Twenty three years old. A former Student Assistant at Pangasinan State University, handled the sorting and sending of personnel documents as well carrying out all the duties as instructed by the Campus Executive Director. I worked as Customer Service Representative in a Call Center for one year, assisted customers in voice throughout United States. I also worked as a ESL teacher at 51talk, teaching young learners and adults internationally. My skills are writing news articles, broadcasting, drafting, and teaching which I most pursue this time. I pursue this field because this is my specialization, the fact that I really enjoy teaching people across the globe. The good part of it is I encounter some friendly persons who have the eagerness to learn and master English as their second Language. I’ve been improving myself in teaching since when I started working as an ESL teacher at 51talk. I love the way I practice the language with different races of people, because in this way, we make the world as one that we understand each other by means of communication. Help them to be globally competent. To teach young learners or even adults, teacher must be confident and knowledgeable enough to facilitate the class. To build an engagement with them, teacher must be enthusiastic as well. But the student and teacher interaction should not be forgotten when you are teaching because they will learn something from you and you'll learn from them, it is very important in teaching the language. What can I offer to this company is to utilize my communication skills to help you equip some of the foreigners who are learning/mastering the English language especially those who are in business. It would be a big pleasure to me, share my knowledge and experiences as tribute to your continuously blooming company. I’m looking forward to working with you soon.

About the lesson

Teaching English as a second language is a quite challenging. As a teacher, we need to meet the standard of the student's parents for us to have a good impression with them.

To teach young learners, teacher must be engaging and enthusiastic to have a perfect interaction during the class. Also, to teach adults, teacher must be confident ad knowledgeable enough to facilitate the class. That is my teaching methodology.
