About Nicole
My path has been shaped by a weaving of mind, body & spirit, a sense of remembering, and a
calling to self-inquiry, all with my heart as her clearest guide.
My passion for holistic wellness and integrative spirituality carried me to India where I studied practices in devotion to the Goddess, Kali; to Costa Rica, where I was introduced to shamanic medicine & herbalism; to Satchidananda Ashram, where I deepened my practice in hatha yoga and meditation; to Guatemala, where I studied dreamwork & Kabbalistic healing; and to the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico, where I studied with Dr. Vasant Lad to become a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Global Studies with minors in Religion & Anthropology, and completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Yin Yoga Certification and Reiki Master Training at Green Lotus Yoga & Healing Center in 2012.

Through my work, I aspire to stand in integrity with the ancient lineage of my teachers while
making the practices applicable and accessible in a modern context. Ultimately, I hope to offer
insight into transformation through awareness & holistic living, to open doors to self-study, and to
serve as a mirror, allowing others to see their greatest teacher within.
