About Rachel
Both my Bachelor's and Master's are in Education, giving me an edge in learning approaches. I’m also TEFL certified! I’m currently an adjunct faculty in both American and Australian higher education institutions. Overall, I’ve been teaching language and literacy for 12 years. I’m specialized in French and English linguistics and phonetics, and as an American, I can also assist with accent training.

My teaching style focuses on student-centric approaches with assisted, focused feedback that helps students progress quickly. I use a variety of different activities to keep lessons engaging and interesting. I’m a big fan of informal assessment so that students can see how they’re progressing without the stress of big exams.
