About Varenya

A result-oriented and customer centric IT professional with over 5 years of experience of planning, designing,
building, and maintaining software products and solutions adding value to business by enabling new capabilities
with cutting edge technology. I have a distinctive ability of paying attention to details and have an eye for finding
the root cause of issues as I had gained knowledge in IT product development, project, and program
management, facilitating and leading agile IT teams, software automation and functional quality assurance testing
having worked in IT healthcare product-based Software as a Service-based organizations. Having a straight record
of excellent communication and collaboration with teams and sponsors, I specialize in problem identification and
proposal of alternative solutions by identifying the gain and pain points, and minimizing gaps in as-is processes
and workflows and implementing new strategies of complex projects.

About the lesson

I follow the framework of Situation, Action, and Results.
Connecting a young mind with Mathematics and science requires to develop an intricate relation between them and nature.
I trust in the methodology of processes and workflows, and am experienced in developing observation qualities in my students and peers. I am an adroit communicator so trust in clear and transparent mode of tutoring.

Perfect! Varenya has been excellent so far tutoring my 12 year old daughter for competition math. He’s very punctual and organized, using teaching methods adjusted to the age and background knowledge. My daughter has been advancing very well and she looks forward to the lessons.
