I am a college biology major with a strong hobby in reading and writing. I've had years of tutoring experience with my siblings who are dyslexic as well as tutoring in school programs for English, producing exemplary results and use of skills in future schooling.

I am first a reader and I have always had a better understanding of words than numbers. My goal is to help students not only understand but comprehend what they are reading/writing. I teach by preparing a basic lesson and observing how the students' comprehension evolves throughout, to adjust the curriculum later. Recognition of a student's learning style is the first step in making a plan for success.
