About Mukundi
I am a natural science tutor with a passion for helping learners. I believe that the right tutor can have a really positive impact on a student and their journey to exams.
Filling in the gap is key in a subject like science since every topic builds on past topics. So I consider myself to be the gap filler and foundation fixer.
When I'm not tutoring, I run a small business, read and write as a hobby. When I am tutoring, I listen and focus.

I would like to help primary and high school students to:
• see science as manageable and enjoyable
• improve study skills and techniques
• fill in any gaps from previous terms and years
• develop an intuitive understanding of the subject matter
• practise, practise, practise
Listening is key, so my lessons will be tailored to fit each pupil. Sometimes students prefer me to start with a presentation of the topic and then do practise activities. Others prefer it if we dive straight into the sections that they recognize as needing more attention. Each lesson will be geared towards the needs of the pupil.
My goal is to provide a calm and fun setting. Mistakes are a powerful way to learn and so they are welcome. People learn best with patient and encouraging guidance. I provide this kind of guidance.
