About Marco
Graduated from a scientific high school in Italy, dreamer, traveler, and lover of Italian cuisine.
I worked for several years as a bartender and chef de rang at a famous restaurant in Veneto.
A few months ago, I returned to Australia and am currently in Gippsland.
I'm also available to conduct live cooking lessons.
