About Steve
I learned chess by the sink or swim method over 60 years ago. I've seen many players who might have enjoyed this game for many years give up on it instead. My goal is to open the benefits of learning chess to more people, especially young kids by guiding them patiently through the complexities of the game. Learning that good decisions lead to favorable outcomes is an important aspect of both chess and life. Learning how to use logic and analysis in making decisions is equally important. The fundamentals of chess translate directly to your child's future successes, large and small.
