About Jayme
I love writing. Even more so, I love to read. And even more than THAT, I love helping and watching people succeed.
There is so much joy and freedom in being able to create a story that is uniquely you. Oftentimes, we are merely taught how to interpret Shakespeare or what Hester was doing in The Scarlet Letter. While there is value in that, there is so much more out there that is modern and relatable to us in the present.
I am an avid reader, a busy author, and in my spare time, I proofread, edit, and mentor other writers.
I would love the chance to help you at any part of your writing journey, whether it be for fun or for academia. We can all learn from other’s stories. What can we learn from yours?

Everyone has a story they want to tell. Maybe you have an amazing idea for a poem, book, or short story, but don’t know how to take it from your brain onto the page. I can help with planning, executing, editing, and proofreading at any stage of the writing process.
As a successful self-published author, I have mentored and taught people of all ages reading and literature comprehension, writing skills, creative storytelling, and how to take an abstract idea and put it on the page.
I teach resume and formal writing in addition to creative writing. I am well versed in different formats (ALA, APA, etc).
