About Rachel
My name is Rachel and I have been tutoring English and Legal Studies for two years
I am a law student and law clerk, currently in my second year of my degree. I have always loved learning about the law, with English being my favorite subject. Ultimately this has generated an interest in legal writing and publication.
Alongside this professional interest, I have always had an interest in teaching. By offering tutoring, I am able to balance my two desired careers and work with students to support them academically.

My approach is not only to prepare high quality pieces in preparation for exams and assignments but to allow students to edit and work on their own pieces to ensure adaptability in exam settings. Without independent understanding, students often struggle to perform under pressure and through consistency and organisation, students can increase grades dramatically.
While academics form the basis of tutoring sessions, I also form a central part of a students support system. Without this emotional support through the stressful journey of highschool, it becomes difficult to maintain a high performance level. My main priority will always be the mental and emotional well-being of any student.
