About Callaghan
Presently an Assistant Professor in Communicative English and Interpersonal skills. Previously worked as a foundation course facilitator for a CSR project run by Tech Mahindra at Wadala, Mumbai. I've completed my M.Phil in English Language and Literature at At. Joseph's college (Autonomous), Tiruchirappalli.

My teaching method solely depends on the specific topic I'm dealing with, however sometimes I love getting creative and experimental. A normal class that is theory oriented like teaching language would involve presentation, demonstration and short interactive exercises with students. My approach towards students is with respect, friendly with a hint of firmness. When it comes to giving sessions on interpersonal skills or life skills I merge presentation and demonstration with interactive activities and group activities where I would facilitate them into exploring their creativity and understanding through self actualisation methods, personal shared experiences (depending on the age group) and task oriented case studies, where students have to figure out how the process of things work or how it would work better. Students interaction here is 70% and my interaction with them is intentionally down to 30% to promote better facilitation among them
