About Wren
With more than 8 years of experience teaching French to college students, I specialise in personalised learning that focuses on confidence and clear communication.
My teaching style is flexible, patient, and goal-oriented. I assess each student’s strengths and areas for improvement and design lessons accordingly. Grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking are taught in a balanced and simple way.
I use innovative methods such as real-world scenarios, conversation-based learning, guided speaking practice, interactive exercises, and listening activities. These methods help students use French naturally in academic and real-life situations.
I provide regular guidance, motivation, and feedback to help students improve steadily. A positive learning environment helps students stay consistent and confident.
My goal is to help college students communicate effectively in French and succeed academically.

I teach French with a holistic approach that combines creativity, mentorship, critical thinking, and accountability. My lessons are interactive and student-centred, using storytelling, role-plays, dialogues, and cultural exploration to make learning practical, enjoyable, and meaningful.
As a mentor, I guide students to analyse grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structures critically. They are encouraged to solve language problems independently, apply knowledge in practical contexts, and express themselves creatively. This develops both language skills and personal confidence.
