About Carolyn
I did my undergraduate degree in English literature and am now completing my postgraduate in art history. I have a history of tutoring English as a foreign language. I grew up in Portugal and Switzerland and moved to London four years ago for my further education.
I speak English and German and am learning French and Portuguese.

I would structure the lessons based on what was necessary for the individual, but I like to focus around literary themes and use books to engage the students with.
I also like to make sure the student has the foundational building blocks with which to structure arguments, essays, presentations, whatever is required.
