About Grace
Art and fashion are my whole world—they’re the foundation of everything I do. I’m currently studying Fashion Design at the London College of Fashion, and I’ve always been someone who loves to support others. I’m naturally encouraging, and I remember how challenging GCSEs and A Levels can be—the pressure, the creative blocks, the deadlines. If I can help make things even a little easier for you, that’s exactly what I’ll do. I want you to feel confident in your work and proud of what you create. Whether you need someone to talk through ideas with, push you to refine your concepts, or just guide you in the right direction, I’m here to help in whatever way works best for you. I especially enjoy supporting younger students who are going through experiences I’ve just faced myself. Being only a year into university, everything from GCSEs to A Levels is still very fresh in my mind. I remember how overwhelming it can feel—the pressure to perform creatively, the fear of getting it wrong, or simply not knowing where to start. That’s why I want to teach: to offer a helping hand, to break things down in a way that makes sense, and to help you realise you’re capable of so much more than you might think.

My approach to tutoring is completely tailored to you and how you work best. Lessons can be really relaxed — we can chat about your ideas, go through your sketchbook together, and I’ll offer constructive feedback and tips to help push your work further. Or, if you prefer more structure, I can set focused tasks and challenges that target areas you want to improve, whether that’s technique, idea development, or building a stronger final outcome. A typical session lasts around an hour, but this can be flexible depending on what you need. I’ve achieved an A* in GCSE Art & Design and an A in A Level Art, Craft & Design, and I now study Fashion Design at the London College of Fashion — a highly creative and artistic course. My lessons are ideal for GCSE and A Level students looking to boost their confidence, strengthen their portfolio, or just talk through ideas with someone who’s been through it. We’ll work in a way that feels comfortable and genuinely useful to you.
