About Iris
My teaching approach in mathematics is gentle, reflective, and centred on building deep conceptual understanding. I am a passionate Maths tutor with over 6 years of experience and a BA in Mathematics. My expertise lies in topology and knot theory, fascinating fields that study shapes, spaces, and continuous deformations. I help students visualise these abstract ideas using clear diagrams, hands-on models, and real-world examples, such as molecular structures and artistic designs.
I have worked with students curious about abstract mathematics, physics, and even the connections between math and art.
