About Chris
I’m an ex-professional footballer with a degree in Sports Science, a Master’s in Sport Psychology, and currently a PhD student. My passion for teaching comes from my desire to share the knowledge and experience I've gained throughout my career, both on and off the field. I want to help students unlock their potential, whether it’s improving their performance in sports or gaining a deeper understanding of the psychological and physical aspects of success. Teaching allows me to make a meaningful impact, guiding others to achieve their personal and academic goals.
