Tutorial Request Process:
• You write down specific questions or problems
that needs analysis using “excel”
• I only accept requests with specific queries
• The free first session applies only to new
customers. Repeat customers will be entitled
to a free 1hr session on their 5th tutorial
request
What to expect on 1st free session (simple query):
• 1st 5 minutes is introduction
• Next 5 to 10mins is for me to clarify (if there is
any additional) questions I have regarding
your query
• We allot 10mins for us to organize our own
assessments on how to approach the
problem.
• Next 10minutes, we engage on thought
process in solving the problem. This includes
advise if we need more than 1 session.
• Next 20mins you go to the details of the
solution & I observe
• Last 5 mins would be recap of what we
covered and confirmation your happy with
the session
What to expect on 1st free session (complex):
• 1st 5 minutes is introduction
• Next 5 to 10mins is for me to clarify (if there is
any additional) questions I have regarding
your query
• We allot 15mins for us to organize our own
assessments on how to approach the
problem
• Next 25 minutes, we engage on thought
process in solving the problem. This includes
advise if we need more than 1 session.
• Last 5 mins would be recap of what we
covered and confirmation your happy with
the plan
• Next session we go to the details of the
solution. We means you do the details in the
solution & I guide you.
Rates:
1. $20/hr rate if data analysis to be done is just basic analysis in “excel” like forecasting, getting averages, etc.
2. $40hr rate if problem is complex needing application of LEAN methodology.
