About Echo
I started learning how to make bread online during the pandemic in 2020 in Australia and I was very lucky to realise that this is my passion and fully fall in love with theprocess of making bread.
After back to my home country, I founded my micro bakery in the east coast of Taiwan, producing freshly baked bread to neighbours, local restaurants, sell online and deliver to all over Taiwan.
I'm currently sharing my past experience of making bread at home and how to start your own micro bakery on instagram.
